Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all controllers, cables, manuals, and accessories that were initially included.

  Ship to GameSir

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
